Fruit Juices

Whilst fruit juices can be refreshing one should limit their intake due to the high sugar content. One should instead eat fruit as many fruits contain a lot of fibre that aids the digestive process. Drinking water regularly is good advice, and fruit juices should be sparingly taken. Vegetable juices though are strongly recommended above and over fruit juices.
