Salad DressingsA good salad dressing can be made in very little time, in a matter of a minute or so, and requires only a fork and a bowl. Core ingredients are extra virgin olive oil and flaxseed oil. These oils provide good fatty acids and other inferior oils (soy, corn, safflower, canola) should be avoided. Raw honey contains enzymes and is often used in salad dressings to aid the digestion process after the meal.
