Sprout Salad



Ingredients (Serves 4)
  • 6 cups fresh mung bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsn sesame seeds, toasted in oven
  • ½ cup Oriental Dressing
Procedure
Steam the sprouts for about 1 minute or until they are tender. Then mix all the ingredients. Divide into four portions and serve.
